| Method |

Heat up oil, saute A1 till fragant, add beef chunks and stir fry till aromatic. |

Pour in seasoning sauce and bring to boil. Lower fire and simmer for about 45 minutes till beef is tender. |

Add A2 and continue to cook for another 15 minutes till gravy is thick. Dish up and serve hot. |
