Seasoning
SWISS BEAR Brown Sauce Mix
mixed with
... 4 tbsp
SWISS BEAR Tomato Ketchup
... 5 tbsp
Water
... 1 liter
Sugar
... 1 tsp
Salt
... ½ tsp
   
Method
1. Heat up oil, saute A1 till fragant, add beef chunks and stir fry till aromatic.
2. Pour in seasoning sauce and bring to boil. Lower fire and simmer for about 45 minutes till beef is tender.
3. Add A2 and continue to cook for another 15 minutes till gravy is thick. Dish up and serve hot.

SWISS BEAR Original Fried Chicken Marinade

Coating
SWISS BEAR Golden Bread Crumbs
... 6 tbsp
Egg (Beaten Lightly)

To Serve
SWISS BEAR Mayonnaise
... 5 tbsp
SWISS BEAR Chilli Sauce
... 5 tbsp
   
Method
1. Mix chicken cubes with marinade and season for half an hour.
2. Mix chicken cubes with beaten egg and coat with bread crumbs.
3. Heat up oil, deep-fry chicken cubes till golden brown. Dish and drain.
4. Serve hot with SWISS BEAR MAYONNAISE and SWISS BEAR CHILLI SAUCE.
